Terms of participation & facility guidelines

1. Mandatory non-marking footwear

To maintain court traction and surface integrity across our BWF-standard synthetic court mats, all students, trial participants, and adult players must wear specialized non-marking badminton shoes. Outdoor running shoes, black rubber soles, and street footwear are strictly prohibited inside the arena. Players must carry their court shoes separately and change inside the badminton facility prior to entering the playing courts.

2. Punctuality & training attendance

High-performance badminton training operates on disciplined timeframes. Athletes are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their batch start time for mandatory dynamic mobilization, foam rolling, and ankle warmups. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward across quarters or transferred between athletes without prior written notification and medical documentation.

3. Player conduct & sportsmanship

Athletes and visitors must demonstrate respect toward coaches, fellow trainees, match officials, and facility equipment at all times. Willful destruction of equipment, throwing or smashing rackets into the court floor, foul language, and unsporting behaviour will result in immediate suspension from training sessions.

4. Trial bookings & admission enquiries

Trial sessions booked via the website are subject to court availability and prior confirmation by the academy administrative team. Submission of a trial request does not constitute guaranteed batch placement. For participants under 18 years of age, trial requests must be submitted or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Health, physical fitness & sports activity disclaimer

Competitive badminton is an intense athletic discipline involving explosive sprints, jumps, lunges, and rapid directional changes. Parents, legal guardians, and adult participants acknowledge that participation involves inherent physical exertion. Enrolled athletes must be medically fit for strenuous sports activity. While academy coaching staff adhere to professional safety protocols, participants and guardians accept the inherent risks of sports activity and are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal medical insurance.

6. Fee policies & batch enrollment

Training fees are structured per batch level (Beginner, Intermediate, Pre-Advanced, Advanced, or Elite Squad) and must be settled in advance as per the agreed monthly or quarterly cycle. Fee payments secure an athlete's allocated court slot and coach-to-student ratio.

7. Digital platform content & intellectual property

All content published on this website—including training methodology guides, tournament records, photography, digital badges, articles, and academy branding—is the intellectual property of Nitesh Badminton Academy or its respective rights holders. Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Data privacy consistency

All personal information submitted through this website is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell visitor contact data.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and facility guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with academy participation or digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region / Palghar District, Maharashtra.
